Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Blue Morpho purchase! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please note that items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

If your item is found to be damaged or defective, we’ll replace it, and the replacement will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

Refund Policy

Order cancellations can be requested within 3 days of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped or is out for delivery, you may reject it at the doorstep.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and assist you. For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please reach out to the manufacturer directly.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 days.
